Our client a multinational FMCG manufacturing company FORTUNE 500 is seeking to hire a National Key Accounts Manager

Purpose of the Job
In line with business objectives and commercial plan propose and implement the KA framework and long term strategy. Ensure that they remain the preferred partner of choice in competitive environment by maintaining effective relationships with KA thereby ensuring continued volume, OCI and SoM growth.

Principal Accountabilities
KA STRATEGY AND LONG RANGE PLAN (LRP)
In line with business objectives and commercial plan propose and implement the KA framework and long term strategy. In alignment with Area management and regional sales strategy team propose, adapt and implement mid and long term KA marketing and sales plans. Effectively communicate and get the buy in of national KA's to ensure implementation of the agreed strategy and objectives.
Propose the allocation and fazing of the national KA budget to ensure LRP and Strategy objectives are met.

MARKET INTELLIGENCE
Acquire and maintain an excellent knowledge of both the assigned region and the market, and ensure collection, consolidation and analysis of Key Accounts related data in order to ensure availability of critical, local business data. Develop the database and measurement tools that will content all relevant KA information required to make informed strategic decisions and provide area management with trends that may affect business. Continuously search for business opportunities for volume and SoM growth.

KEY ACCOUNTS PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
Design KA measurement tools and processes. Analyze Key Accounts related performance data such as sales volumes, out of stocks, ROI, stock-levels, and POSM placements. Timely propose and implement action plans addressing variances from the original plans and targets. Other examples of activities: - Ensure consistent monitoring of Key Accounts compliance to programs and contracts and ensure initiation of timely improvement actions in order to enhance Key Accounts performance against agreed objectives.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT, TEAMWORK AND COMMUNICATION
Analyze performance & define current and future training needs. Continuously identify opportunities for enhancement of staff capabilities, competencies and business knowledge in order to ensure on-going development of the staff. Propose training programs for Key Accounts and Distributor Merchandisers and FSF (field sales force). Propose incentive and reward programs to motivate KA staff to maximize their potential.
Co-operate with all members and teams in the Area team to ensure proactive internal communications, effective teamwork and participate actively in the development of the more junior members of the Department.

LEGAL & CORPORATE FRAMEWORK
Ensure the solid image of the company, as responsible corporation and preferred business partner, is built and maintained through Key Accounts activities, by following Code of Conduct, Policies & Procedures, and performing activities in line with the Marketing Code.

Person Profile Skills and Competences:
Overall Experience: min 7+ years of sales/ Key account Management , in the UAE or MENA Region.
