Job description / Role
- Merchandising team development.
- Manage the Merchandisers Route Plan.
- Manage Merchandising reports and presentations.
- Lead on monthly basis meeting with sales, logistics and HR to discuss the Merchandising issues.
- Manage the Trade Marketing activities: Ensure to communicate to supervisors the TM activities and assign the tasks requested from each with clear brief and instructions.
- Manage the Market coverage during the high sales seasons (Ramadan, BTS, Eid Holidays, Pay Weeks, etc.)
- Prepare the plan for each activity, get approvals, and ensure proper communication and implementation.
- Recruitment Management: ensure no vacant positions in the merchandising team
- Manage Merchandising team vacations with proper distribution throughout the year
- Succession Plan: continuous development of 2 zone merchandiser supervisors to be well prepared for leading the team.
- In-store stock management and weekly update of stock per customer level.
- Competitors intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT, SAP).
- Essential 3 - 5 years of years experience.
- Good planning and organizational skills to develop and manage training.
- Fluent spoken & Written Arabic & English.
