National Retail Manager

Job description / Role

- Responsible to prepare the Yearly Customer Development Plan (along with the RKAM) and present to Management of approval by October of every year
- Responsible together with the RKAM to prepare, Negotiate the Yearly Contracts (BDA) starting November of every year, complying with company guidelines & budget, finalizing max by Dec, insuring max benefits is obtained and investment is utilized
- Responsible to Plan National Activities, handling negotiations & communication with the Accounts, meeting deadlines.
- Make Monthly Business Reviews by Channel, presenting to NSM, NR & TMM on monthly basis.
- Has the duty to call KAS, MC for a Weekly Meeting with consent of the ASM to discuss the implementation, plans & development of the business, past, present and future.
- Has to Spend an average of 25 % of his Time in market visit, together with the RKAM & Sales Team in regions, insuring Max benefits, planogram, RSP, space & BDA is been implemented and secured.
- Responsible to prepare the Monthly Promo Plan (3month) for Channel & communicating on monthly bases.
- Responsible to Analyze Promo Activates achievement / cost / revenue & other benefits on monthly bases.
- Analyze the Competitors activities, their share of business.
- Responsible for Optimizing the TM & Sales Budget allocated for the channel with max utilization & benefits increase.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in BA or any relevant major, preferably with MBA or Master degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales managerial level, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Fluent in English / Arabic
- Good command of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good in planning and have a sales background
- Able to perform under pressure.
- Problem Solving.
- Good in generating reports
