Besides Toyota and Lexus, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.Al Futtaim Motors is looking to appoint a National Sales Manager to deliver the monthly sales plan by volume and margin through high quality quarterly sales campaigns and proactive monitoring of sales KPIs.   The National Sales role is the key steering role to ensure that AFM achieves all of it's sales targets throughout the year. It works very closely with a number of different departments in particular the retail division where there is a need to build a good sense of partnership. It is essential that the sales team are providing high quality feedback to all departments so that the organisation can proactively ensure that all campaign and strategies. |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Educated to degree standard or equivalent / Arabic speaker an advantage but not essential. Must have excellent knowledge of the motor industry and in particular the relationship between retail and distributor / manufacturer.Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office and be highly numerate.The successful candidate will be highly self motivated and driven to consistently deliver results. Also this individual will be able to think strategically and plan for successful delivery of programmes and sales results. Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years experience at a management level in the Motor Industry. Experience in the GCC preferred but not essential. |
