Our Client is one the Middle East’s largest importers, distributors and retailers of motor. The group has grown not only to become the largest automotive dealers, but more importantly the sole distributor for the full GM product range while contributing to a better future. They have been recognized as a dynamic and aggressive organization composed of a multicultural workforce.

They require an experienced and result-driven National Sales Manager, having an extensive Gulf experience in Sales and Business Development function. The successful candidate will take lead control of the development and management of business network across Iraq.

Job Overview:

• Ensure market accountability and ownership of the business division.
• Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
• Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
• Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
• Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
• Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Development of key customer relationship management.
• Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments.
• Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
• Participation in difficult customer negotiations related to technical advice, delivery time and price.
• Overall process of the operative planning and net revenue process.
• Provide strong business solutions and tools for markets to succeed in implementation phase and business growth.
• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant Gulf Experience
• Exposure in Automotive Industry is required.
• Ability to create a workplace environment and culture that allows all employees to develop and excel in their jobs.
• Coaching and mentoring skills to help sales employees overcome weaknesses and shortcomings.
• Superior level Sales and Marketing skills of modern business methods and controls.
• Superior Level Communication skills

The Incumbent must have the following skills and flexibility:

• Must be target-oriented with proven and track record in consistently achieving sales quota.
• Strategic planning, network development, cost efficiency, plus his strong sales, marketing and customer relationships' competencies.
• Must be able to manage teams, develop their technical and management capabilities, as well as his ability to reinforce and facilitate the Company capacity building.
• Must be able to efficiently manage a diversified cultural work environment while maintain international quality standards for business productivity and work processes and procedures.
• A strong personality of Arab nationality with perfect Arabic and English languages and the acceptance to be fully relocated to Baghdad in Iraq.
Flexible with frequent visits across the Iraqi cities, as required.
