National Sales Manager - Compressed Air Solutions - FAMCO

About the Job:
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing & maintaining FAMCOs market share in Compressed Air Solutions equipment. To lead a team of sales engineers, identify and develop new sales accounts leading to the implementation and delivery of the annual business KPIs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Managing sales teams daily activities.
- Providing proper plans in order to achieve the required budgets (sales figures)
- Following the company growth strategy & make sure that the required growth percentage had been met.
- Develop business opportunities with EPC companies & building a strong data base for our air compressor business (both standard & special) in the local market.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction by assuring to provide them with the required solutions at the right time.
- Remain abreast with latest regulations, standards and good working practices within the industry in relation to consultant requirements for gen sets industry.
- Achieving gross margin

JOB CONTEXT:
- To ensure compliancy with FAMCOs systems.
- Show knowledgeable understanding with management reports and clients alike.
- To ensure the receivables are collected as per company policy.
- Ability to meet agreed targets for sales.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Mechanical / Electrical engineering university degree

Key Competencies:
- 10 years of experience in sales with a minimum of 5 years in selling Air Compressors Solutions.
- At least 4 years in a managerial position.
- Excellent knowledge of the Air Compressor industry.
- Experience in the UAE is an advantage.
- Basics of mechanical / electrical knowledge.
- Financial knowledge
- Fluent in English Language
