Job description / Role
National Sales Manager – German Brand - Automotive – Oman
Leaders in the Oman automotive sector and growing even stronger my client Based in Muscat is seeking a NSM to join their organization.
Key Accountabilities:
• Combination of used cars and marketing manager
• Principal interaction
• Vehicle ordering and stocking
• Price negotiation with principal
• Establishing price policy
• Market competition analysis/market survey pricing
• National sales volume
• Direct P&L responsible in Muscat and support regional business
• Help with marketing strategy
• Customer satisfaction
• Network developing
• Branding
• Additional (after sales) product sales
• Increase market share
• Increase sales volume
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Masters in Sales & Marketing or equivalent post-graduate qualification from an internationally recognised business school
• Attendance on post-graduate executive programs in areas to include management, marketing and strategic planning is an advantage.
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 5 – 6 years’ experience in Sales and Managing brands.
• 5+ years sales management experience
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should have an eye for perfection and details
• Ability to operate effectively at all levels within the business
• Ability to operate effectively under stress
• Fluency in English – Arabic is a plus
