National Sales Manager
Jeddah, KSA
SAR 45,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Leading Multinational Company
NTS Group are currently working with a leading multinational company to recruit a National Sales Manager to be based in the Jeddah office, KSA.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales- KSA, you will be the key person leading their largest Modern Trade customer, expanding the sales volumes and achieving visibility targets. The role requires you to develop successful, long-term business relationships with the customer and ensure that your company is the supplier of choice.
Your strategic vision and negotiation skills will attain maximum profitability for the assigned portfolio. You will build joint business plans to enable a win-win for the customer and company.
You will ensure that the sales fundamentals of product availability, pricing, promotion and placement are as per plan.
The successful individual will be responsible for forecasting sales, identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions. You will manage key internal and external business relationships and collaborate with them to drive profitability.
Requirements
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* At least 5 years experience managing Modern Trade Key Accounts with an FMCG business in Saudi Arabia
* Saudi National or possess a Transferable Iqamah
* Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities with stakeholders at all levels
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
