The RoleThe RolePrincipal Accountabilities: 1. Reassure that all principal accountabilities of sales team are met. 2. Responsible for meeting all sales targets, monthly and yearly, i.e. responsible for maintaining a 0 budget variance as a minimum requirement. 3. Recruitment and training (i.e. sales skills, product and application knowledge etc.) of new talents as needed to cover all market segments. 4. Develop the sales team by tight coaching and implementation of Sales Management Process as per Hilti standards. This is mainly achieved by joint field trips to customers and job sites (Approx. 60% of time). 5. Responsible for necessary business planning, converting the plans into actions, constantly develop yourself, work closely and respectfully with all team members and constantly acquire functional expertise in terms of product/trade applications. 6. Responsible to liaise with engineering, logistics, customer service, and all other departments and their managers to synchronize activities aimed to achieve results as per KPI’s. Such results include but are not limited to sales, margin, product mix, collection, INP…etc. 7. Establish high-level relationship with customers and decision-makers in order to support sales managers and sales team to achieve their objectives and resolve challenges. 8. As a member of the senior management team, to actively participate in strategic decisions, communicate, and implement as per team’s commitment. 9. Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures as they apply to this position. 10. Timely reporting to the General Manager on weekly/monthly business plan, and key jobsite/project reports as well as any ad hoc reports assigned by management. 11. Adherence to the Hilt’s Quality philosophy of meeting customer’s needs and expectations, continuously improve processes, assigned tasks and related responsibilities. |
RequirementsRequirements• 5 years+ experience, proven track record of achieving outstanding results and developing people in a multicultural environment • Strong leader, result-oriented, self-responsibility, proactive behaviour, team player, and excellent communication skills • Strong understanding of customer need, and capable to build and safeguard excellent multi-level customer relationships • Engineering / business degree (MBA is a plus), valid driving license • Relevant Hilti experience • fluent in Arabic (English is a plus) with strong computer skills in MS Office |
