National Sales Manager

A successful and continuously growing business has opened an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join their dynamic and high performing team in the UAE.

As the National Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

* Directing and controlling the Retail Staff to ensure that they are motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and those they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
* Contributing to the development of the company's corporate strategy, particularly in relation to sales objectives
* Monitoring all the trade activities and ensure that it is with approved budgets
* Assisting in formulation and monitoring the annual business plan to ensure the long-term success and viability of the company and the attainment of corporate objectives

Requirements

The following qualifications are required for this role:

* Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing
* At least 7 years of experience in sales management within a similar FMCG business
* Experience in sales training and group presentation
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team
* Excellent relationship building, decision making and influencing skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
