The Role


The Role


Advise newcomers, mentors & managers regarding development program framework and prepare professional development for the newcomer per job family templates.
Follow up on development program progress regarding promotions and development.
Provides advice and manages expectations to managers, development program and handle all queries related to development program from all stakeholders - newcomers, mentors, supervisors and managers.
Managing transition from college to corporate for all newcomers.
Prepare and facilitate nationalization meeting and manage clients in terms of nationalization needs.
Reviews respective reports and agree on action plans consistent with other groups/colleagues.
Data will includes all reports on scholarship/sponsorship.

Requirements


Requirements


This role is with a large LNG producer, based in Doha, Qatar.
Bachelors degree in relevant field.
Prior experience working in the Gulf preferred.
Prior experience in large oil/gas companies preferred.
