On behalf of our client a leading investments company based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Native English Speaking Executive Secretary. Reporting to the Chairman you will be responsible for the co-ordination of travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings, diary management, taking of minutes and other administrative duties deemed suitable.
Requirements
The suitable candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have a minimum of two years senior experience as a Secretary with knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English is essential and candidates who can commence work immediately are preferred for this role.
