The Role


The Role


Accountable for:

- Prepare the Branch and ATM network distribution strategy and plan its evolution.

- Analyze the performance of Branch & ATM network.

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure optimal usage of branch and ATM network.

Key Roles:
► Prepare the Branch & ATM distribution and budgets in line with Retail’s segment’s strategy and budgets and with those of CIB and PB.
► Evaluating, on a regular basis, Branch & ATM network performance in terms of location/coverage, functionality, organization, sales optimization, availability and cost-effectiveness.
► Coordinate with other departments and third parties (if needed) to ensure optimal usage and image of Branch and ATM networks.
► Study and conduct the feasibilities required for opening new branches, relocating existing branches, or closing existing branches.
►Study and conduct the feasibilities required for installing a new ATM or relocating an existing ATM and prepare necessary recommendations.
► Coordinate buying, selling, leasing, renovation and maintenance of branches and ATM’s with Premises, Procurement, IT, and other departments.
► Ensure adherence to BOM, corporate image and branding in branch network.
► Participate in setting the Channel Migration strategy & plan/monitor its implementation.
► Ensure continuous enhancement of ATM services in line with Retail strategy and market best practice.

Requirements


Requirements


Education: BA degree from a reputable university
Experience: Min. 7 years experience in Retail Banking in a leading financial institute preferably as a network Manager

Competencies:

- Fluent in English and in Arabic
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of Banking and banking retail operations.
- Excellent Computer skills.
