The RoleThe RoleOne of my clients is looking to recruit a Network Support Specialist to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer network related issues from the company's Service Desk located in Dubai. The Network Support Specialist is responsible for: - Resolving customer reports defects via remote access including: Coordinate field resources, Coordinate hardware replacement, Open and work with manufacturer TAC, Update Ticketing System with case history Ensure SLA targets are achieved - Implement minor changes on customer networks remotely - Assist field engineers to implement changes remotely - Act as escalation point for field engineers - Customer satisfaction |
RequirementsRequirementsLanguage: English Verbal Arabic is an advantage Experience: At least seven years’ experience in: (i) Cisco hands on experience(IPT, Wireless, and Routing & Switching) At least three years’ hands on experience in: (i) Bluecoat (ii) Juniper (iii) Experience withCisco CSCC, RMA processes, Cisco TAC Advantages: Experience with Load Balancers (Begin F5/ ACE), Ciscoworks LMS, Iron Port (Email & Web), Fortigate, Check Point. Qualifications: Cisco CCIEVOICE Bluecoat Professional qualification in Proxy Juniper Firewall Professional qualification University Degree in computing or telecommunications Advantage: Qualifications in Fortigate, Check Point, Iron Port. |
