Network Infrastructure / Security Administrator

Job description / Role

- Provide Network Problem Resolution, Root-Cause Analysis, IOS Software Referral assistance as per contracted agreement with named customer.
- Receives minimal supervision, no instruction on routine work, and general instruction on new assignments and must be able to hit the ground running.
- Provides systems/product training. Provides guidance & leadership to less experienced engineers.
- Development and documentation of Methods of Procedure (MOP) for implementation of recommended design/software.

Requirements

The candidate must have knowledge, Technical Skills and experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, trouble shooting, debugging and administering some of the following products, devices, and technologies for small, medium, large and/or enterprise businesses.

ASR1K , Cat4500-X, Source Fire IPS, Lancope Netflow, Citrix Global site Load Balancing and Server Load Balancing, Nexus 7700, Nexus 5500 , Nexus 2000, ASA Firewall, Catalyst 3850/3560 Switching Platform, Catalyst 6880, Gemalto Dual Factor Authentication, 802.1x, Cisco Security, Manager, Prime Infrastructure, Prime Network Registrar (DNS), Prime Infrastructure, VSS, VPC, Routing protocols, Layer 2 switching, Quality of Service, Cisco ASA IPS, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers, RADIUS

- Experience of raising TAC case
- Experience of raising an RMA
- Experience of using webex
