The Role


The Role

You will be responsible to supervise and manage solutions and provisioning of large customer fixed network data & voice solutions/projects and of major strategic business development projects. You will secure successful implementation together with commercial departments. You will be responsible for the Business Processes in COM cycle:

• Solution sourcing Solution vs. Customer requirements

- Choice of technology
- Build to order using existing P&S (standard) or using modified P&S (non-standard)
- Solution documentation (on-line web based and real-time updated (Autm. Docum.)

• Provisioning/Delivery Project/order Management

Order provisioning
- Logical and physical
- E-T-E connection set-up

• Manual

• Automatic

CPE
- Installation
- Quality inspection
- Supervision

• E-T-E test and Hand over to customer

Requirements


Requirements

You have University degree in Network Business solutions, WAN/LAN network development or related subject. You have 8 to 10 years of experience in network business solutions, network development and project management. At least four years of experience in the telecoms or IT industry. You have excellent project management skills and problem solving skills. You have excellent communication skills spoken and written in English. You have good MS Office skills. Good written and spoken Arabic is desirable.
