We also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries as well as the franchises for Hertz Rent-a-car - the worlds largest rental and leasing company and FAMCO heavy goods Machinery.

We are currently looking for an experienced Network Strategy Executive to be based at the Al Futtaim Motors office in Dubai.

Direct Reports: NA
Department/Division: Sales Operations
Location: AFM head office

JOB PURPOSE:
This position will coordinate assigned network plans across Toyota, Lexus and Hino. Facilitate and drive the pre-construction phase of assigned projects within AFM, working with the brands, the network development team, finance team and procurement team. Ensure set up of assigned plans within the AFM financial parameters and philosophy to ensure long term profitability. Ensure the signed off financial approval of individual projects within set time frame. Actively manage processes to maximize effectiveness.

* Successfully coordinate completion of financial approval on network projects
* Work within the strategic network plan to improve effective representation in the UAE
* Look and feel guidelines implemented in assigned projects
* First class customer journey experience in Sales and After Sales
* Brand Corporate identity requirements implemented throughout the assignments
* Support the implementation of the 5 year Network Development Plan

* Ensure the highest possible levels of Customer Service and Brand Representation.

Requirements

* Degree from any recognised University or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years Automotive experience
* Experience of programme design, implementation & management
* UAE/GCC experience preferred
* Automotive Retail experience desirable
* Project Management
* Demonstrates AFM core values (warm welcome, easy, transparent, special, personal)
* Business acumen
