Job description / Role
Our client develops, operates and maintains a high voltage power transmission and bulk water transmission network within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. They are responsible for the safe, secure and reliable transmission of water and electricity from the producers to the distribution networks. Our client is looking to expand its growing business.
Currently recruiting for a Senior Network Study Engineer with a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role. Must have experience of working with PSSE applications for load flow and fault level study techniques.
The successful candidate will lead the operational study team for conducting Transmission systems related studies and analysis. They will support the operation and dispatch for safe and cost effective power generation, water production and its transmission.
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National to be considered for this role.
- Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in a similiar role
- Must have minimum of Bachelors in Electrical Engineering preferably with an emphasis on Power Engineering
- Experience working with PSSE Applications, experience with PSCAD/EMTDC simulation tools
