The RoleThe RoleOne of the leading IT business solution providers in the region is looking to hire a Network Team Leader for their offices in Dubai. This role will require someone that is sales and technically driven as well as being hands on, customer service oriented and able to achieve results. Working closely with the Management team, this role requires an experienced professional who can take on the responsibility of post sales support of network devices and solutions. You will also be responsible for revenue and profitability, sales, positioning of network services and renewal of maintenance support contracts. Service delivery and post sales network support customer satisfaction will also be a crucial element of the role as you will be the overall customer service face for the business. The successful candidate should be able to implement best practice whilst inspiring and motivating team members. |
RequirementsRequirementsIdeally you will have a solid track record of high customer service within an IT or telecoms function. Five years of Cisco hands on experience and networking presales is essential to be able to achieve the results to be successful. The successful candidate should have experience within the region and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our client has specifically requested only Arabic or western educated candidates for this position. |
