Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Collaborate with Asset Management and participate in identifying, developing and tracking improvements in Maximo EAMS functionality and associated business processes and workflows
Review and resolve day to day questions and issues that may arise from DO&M staff through the use of Maximo EAMS
Provide support to DO&M staff in the Maximo software application, troubleshooting and end user training in use of Maximo EAMS
Identify and document current or new Maximo EAMS functionality based on improved or new Drainage business processes
Coordinate with Ashghal Information Systems Department (ISD) for planning and implementing software technology or system improvements and enhancements to Maximo EAMS
Collaborate with Ashghal ISD in supporting scheduled Maximo system maintenance and notify DO&M staff of planned and emergency maintenance of the system
Represent DO&M Maximo users at systems improvement meetings
Engage with regional IBM Maximo user groups to keep up to date with current Maximo system improvements and future functionality that may benefit DO&M
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Procedures and all company policies, procedures and regulations

Requirements

Degree in relevant subject, with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant role and knowledge of asset hierarchy, asset types and related asset attributes, for both above ground and below ground drainage assets desirable.
Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
