New Business Sales Manager – Treasury & Capital Markets – Middle East – Software, Middleware Software, Banking, Financial Services, Treasury, Trade Finance, FX, Capital Markets, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Client Management, Partner Management. Our client is globally recognized as being one of the largest Treasury & Capital Markets software & services providers with a wide range of leading products and innovative solutions / services. We are looking to identify a New Business Sales Manager with expertise of selling Treasury Software & Capital Markets Software to external customers in the Treasury & Capital Markets space across the Middle East. My client is willing to accept candidates and applications from interested, qualified and top calibre individuals that require relocation from outside the region (APAC, Europe, CIS, Asia, ANZ or America). The purpose of the role is to expand the prospective client list and penetrate the marketplace by identifying new sales opportunities within the region and converting these into revenue. The New Business Sales Manager will be required to; Establish agreed short and long term account plans for new customers to ensure prospective clients key requirements are being met thus leading to increased revenue; Initiate and manage the sales cycle to ensure the internal standards are adhered to; Take a lead role in advising, preparing and presenting proposals to new prospects to ensure the company standards are followed and to ensure the opportunity is maximised to the full potential.; Identification of market opportunities that develop and grow a strong sales pipeline which will ensure annual targets are met; Build long-term relationships with senior bankers in our target segment to ensure they are kept informed of any new developments within the products which in turn will assist in the development and growth of the business; Assist in the sales cycle in terms of the project definition for third party / consultancy sales to ensure my client optimises every sales opportunity through these partnerships; Complete market research to provide accurate profiles of allocated banks in terms of their existing product/system, key personnel and strategy in terms of future development of their system and competitor products, personnel and activities to ensure key personnel within the company are kept informed of our position within the marketplace; Establish and maintain contact with Product Centres and Marketing Dept to gain additional market and product information that will lead to additional sales opportunities Initiate and coordinate management of joint marketing and sales initiatives to ensure there is a consistent delivery & representation of my client to the market place; Establish and maintain contact with BSG to ensure that sales opportunities have the appropriate level of sales support resource; Forecasting - provide timely and accurate forecasts in the appropriate format that enable short term (sales), medium term (revenue) and long term (staffing); Selling – manage and close opportunities with appropriate authorization to achieve or exceed financial targets. Requirements

- Bachelor or Master's Degree
- Treasury and Capital Markets domain
- Software Sales Experience (Treasury & Capital Markets)
- Senior level role requiring previous regional sales management experience
- Tier 1 clients across TCM
- Fluent English essential, Arabic desireable
- Vast new business development (strategic selling)
- Good analytical, presentational and communicative skills
