Fantastic opportunity for a New Product Development Manager to join a leading international retail franchise operator in Kuwait. Our client is experiencing a period of sustained growth and are looking to add high calibre individuals to their new state of the art food manufacturing facilities. The food business within the group produces sandwiches, salads, artisan morning goods, bakery snacks and speciality breads.

Requirements

As New Product Development Manager you will report to the Business Manager and will be tasked to enhance and develop existing and future menu and product lines across various brands. To combine innovative and creative ideas and exceptional kitchen capability in developing products with commercial understanding of what will be profitable to the business and the customer/End consumer.

We are looking for individuals who have the ability to be influential within the business, both internally and externally, and have strong organisation and analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the below skills / experience:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry
• Experience within the Ready To Eat, Chilled and/or bakery sector would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Food related Certification Requirements (HACCP…)
• Concern for Impact, Strategic Influencing, Cost effective and Commercial Orientation
• Planning and project management experience.
