The successful candidate will be joining at a critical and exciting time as we transition from a single rig appraisal operation to an eight rig development operation. He/she will lead a NWD team in planning wells (overburden characterization, trajectory planning, risk management, completion of well planning documentation), providing subsurface input to operational decision-making for drilling wells, integrating new data and learning lessons to continuously improve. The emphasis of the role is on efficient field development well planning, operational support during execution and integration of new well data and lessons learned into reservoir and wells understanding .
