Employment: Full Time

Leading Events & Exhibitions Company looking for an experienced News Reporter to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
To deliver exclusive, expert and timely editorial content on your assigned sectors to ensure unrivaled coverage of your markets is provided.
To assist you sector editor and controlling the content on the relevant sector pages online, ensuring the highest standards of content are maintained for your community.
The ability to analyse, interpret and lead opinion on trends in your sector
Flexibility in working in online and offline media and in working with the Events team to deliver top quality networking opportunities within your sector.
The ability to write expert opinion pieces on a given field or sector that challenge and stimulate readers.
The ability to develop and maintain a network of expert contacts.
To thoroughly research all feature articles, interviewing as many relevant individuals as possible for each article.

Requirements

Impeccable journalistic skills
A recognised journalistic qualification equivalent NCTJ standard
Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not essential
Knowledge of economics and business is preferred
Preferred experience as a business journalist news reporter is preferred
Knowledge of your market
