The RoleThe RoleMy client is one of the largest food and beverage company in the Middle East. An opportunity has arise for an experienced Night Shift Manager to join their team in Dammam. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Night Shift Manager will be responsible for the following: Direct and control all the night shift production and process operations to achieve strategic objectives and goals in a timely and cost effective manner. To initiate production and process plans in-co-ordination with the Production Manager. Responsible for the night shift production strategy and planning product development in co-ordination with the Plant Production Manager. To meet with the production targets and ensures overall controls of all production lines within manufacturing operations in sequence with the manufacturing norms and procedures in line with the organizational policies and guidelines. |
RequirementsRequirementsBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology. 5 10 Years in a manufacturing company in the Production and Process Department. Excellent English Skills (Knowledge in Arabic is preferred) Specific knowledge and understanding for equipments for production and process operation. Basic Computer Skills Time Management Organizational Skills Leadership skills |
