Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose:
To supervise all Sales, Parts, CRM, and Administrative staff training activities and career path progress. To put action plans to fulfill departments training objectives and to coordinate, and evaluate training periodically.

Responsibilities:
- Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude training courses held.
- Monitor, follow up and supervise any Saudiazation training program in UMA departments of responsibility.
- A Mentor to new Saudi employees in departments of responsibility.
- Run, collect, and analyze Level 1 & 2 & 3 training evaluations, following the internal process.
- Part of the employee appraisal after employees conclude the probation period.
- Coordinate training schedules and activities for staff with GM Academy ME.
- Amend and revise programs, enrollments, and schedules as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of staff and make sure targets are fulfilled.
- Supervise tests or any tests, conducted by Staff.
- Supervise candidates for competitions and assures fair selection in coordination with line managers.
- Participate in TNA and investigate needs for Staff and departments.
- Track training progress and results of staff.
- Help managers / trainers solve specific training problems that arises during / before training sessions.
- Run effective induction programs for new staff, and act as an orientation partner when needed.
- Evaluate the training conducted by GM / Outsourced by questionnaires / interviews of staff.
- Develop in-house training courses and deliver training when needed.
- Conduct appraisals, and evaluations for staff periodically and as per training policy.
- Keep track of training records on LMS and DMS.
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant bulletins, articles.
- Attend internal meetings / with GM Academy when required
- Attend position relevant courses
