The Role


The Role

To provide the leadership and direction at a local level that will translate and implement the Local, Regional and Divisional plans for the Northern African territory.

Be directly responsible for all operational and strategic matters affecting RMD Kwikform in the territory including the roll out of instructions, procedures and initiatives originating from the Director DBME, RMD Kwikform (Middle East) Board and RMD Kwikform Divisional Board.

In conjunction with the Director DBME formulate sales and marketing strategies to ensure continued development and growth of the business within the territory.

Ensure that areas of the business under the control of the Regional Manager North Africa operate within the territory legislature, agreed internal risk management and internal control procedures.

Be responsible for the security and optimisation of the company assets under the control of the Regional Manager North Africa.

Formulate and report on the territories annual budgets, forecasts, investment, new business ventures and forward business plans to meet Divisional criteria for profit, growth, return on capital and cash flow at both tactical and strategic levels.

Monitor the performance of the territory under the control of the Regional Manager North Africa through a system of reporting that matches actual and potential achievement against historic and future plans.

Actively intervene in the management of any underperforming areas of the business to ensure future alignment with plans.

Undertake or be a part of a team working on specific projects as required by the Director DBME, UAE Board of Directors, Division and or Group from time to time.

Requirements


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

French as a first language
Competence in written and spoken English
At least three years experience in the formwork / shoring industry
Sales / Technical awareness (Civil engineering background)
Sound commercial awareness
