Nursery Manager

Salary: AED 20,000 - 22,000 (Per Month)

A Leading nursery supplier who manages a number of nurseries across the UAE require a polished experienced nursery manager.

The Role:
- Staff recruitment and retention.
- Staff management.
- Dealing with a large budget of over 100K.
- Ensure all staff are completing planning and observations.
- Nursery Key holder.
- Building parent partnerships.
- Working closely with senior management and Directors.
- Ability to adapt.
- Working with children, staff and parents from international backgrounds.
- Working towards the EYFS.

Requirements

- You must have minimum of 5 years minimum experience in managing staff.
- Understanding of the EYFS.
- Working in a day-care setting.
- Budget handling.
- Passionate about working with children.
- Enthusiastic about staff management.
- DBS cleared.
- Excellent References.
