Job description / Role
The Nursery Manager will be expected to provide high quality, flexible childcare for families.
The Nursery Manager will oversee the operation of the day nursery to the highest standards, ensuring that the best possible environment and care are provided for young children.
Main responsibilities will include the following:
- Oversee day to day organisation and smooth running of the company.
- Contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and development of the babies at the nursery.
- Responsible for providing a high standard of care to the minors at all times.
- Work with other staff members to care for and help to develop the babies.
- Keep records of all babies development and report to the parents.
Requirements
- Have qualifications in early childhood.
- Experience working with minors/babies.
- Speak very good English.
- someone who is sensitive to babies and their needs.
