Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Clarify roles, set performance standards in all departments & functions. And Competency building, organizational development to ensure bench of highly potential talent in a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure the development of yearly manpower plan to strengthen and leverage the organization.
- Develop & execute staffing fundamentals and tools; Defining needs, and interviewing/ selection criteria and on-boarding.
- Facilitate & link the objective setting process to align individual performance with business outcome.
- Conduct training & development needs assessment to develop a yearly training calendar in consistent with business objectives. Secure appropriate training providers.
- Develop, install and maintain a systematized compensation program that provides meaningful salary ranges for all levels of employees. Conduct regular salaries & benefits surveys
- Develop communication/information tools to keep employees informed on relevant changes in Company Policies and local labor legislation issues.
- Develop and execute recognition programs to promote loyalty and morale.
- Define and implement HR policies, and procedures, that ensure consistency with a positive employee relations environment.
- Provides technical expertise and advice to all departments on identifying and solving HR related issues.
- Ensure that all employees personnel files are up-to-date and meet Company requirements and local legal compliance.
- Established and maintain a new employee orientation tool kit.
- Conducting Exit interviews.

Requirements

- Holder of a BA or a B.Sc. from a recognized university. A diploma in HR is preferable.
- At least 6 years experience in the HR field, out of which 3 years in a senior level at FMCG.
- Ability to manage and sustain change.
- Flexible attitude to work with the ability to communicate with people of all levels & diversity.
- Proactive self-starter who is able to work on their own initiative as well as being a team player.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- To be acquainted with different computer programs.
- Age not to exceed 35 years
