• Provide a professional maintenance service for business customer on behalf of managed services.

1. Telecommunication background
2. At least 2 years related work experience in telecom network operation and maintenance
3. At least 2 years Experience with the CPE /Router /IAD integration

5.Trouble Ticketing and Work order management work flow.

7.Customer Service experience
