Job description / Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional (Process/Technical/Operational)
•Involving in the preparation of the Omantel OPEX Budget.
•Loading OPEX Budget by cost centres.
•Regular Monitoring of the OPEX Budget.
•Preparing monthly Cost Centre wise expenses report for 35 cost centres
•Preparation of Monthly Staff Position report
•Processing requisitions received for over ride after investigation.
•Communicating & Solving End-User OPEX issues.
•Any special requests received from SM
People
•Has to deal with approx. 50 people (Engineers, Budget coordinators, Team Leaders, Managers, SM’s, GM’s etc.)
Measurable Deliverables
•Monthly Opex Budget status report for 35 Cost Centers (Up to GM/VP level), Budget variances, Staff position report, Quantity of User’s requests handled.

Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor Degree
Technical Skills
•Excel ,Power Point, Oracle System ( Procurement Module), GL & I-proc )
