The Role


The Role


Responsible for managing sales related to OTR tire products in the Middle East and Africa region to ensure the highest level of customer service and appropriate delivery of the Annual Operating Plan.

Develop market strategies. Provide information to management and sales force about the market and what is expected, and get the information flow in both ways.

Together with the marketing team develop marketing strategies.

Develop pricing strategies in relevant markets in accordance with regional needs.

Together with the management develop the channel strategies for the route to market.

Contribute to development and improvement of processes to ensure adherence and compliance to governance requirements and standards.

Maintain information about new product developments.

Establish personal credibility and ensure sound working relationships with key customers and suppliers.

Requirements


Requirements


Minimum of six years of progressive experience in sales related to OTR tire products.
Strong background in sales and distributor channels.
University degree in commerce, engineering, or a related field.
Willingness to travel extensively.
