Employment: Full Time

Currie & Brown has a range of opportunities across its Middle East Offices and is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Document Controller for the Oman Office.

Responsible for:

Office Administrator
•Ensure incoming calls are handled professionally, and transferred appropriately, prompt relay of all messages to relevant parties
•Log all deliveries to the office, ensuring all incoming documents are logged and distributed to the appropriate employees.
•Manage diary for meeting rooms keeping it up to date as well as arranging hotel / flight bookings for new employees/visiting employees in conjunction with HR team requirements
•Any other ad hoc duties as required by the line manager

Document Controller
•Logging and filing correspondence, updating drawing and document status records, generating reports.
•Ensuring correct filing and distribution of incoming and outgoing design information.
•Maintaining master filling system (hardcopy and electronic copy) for all documentation.
•Copying and distributing plans and procedures as directed.
•Providing team support and assistance with tasks when requested.

Requirements

•Degree educated
•5 years of experience
•Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
•Computer literate – MS Office – Word, Excel, power point.
•Excellent organisational and time management skills.
