Office Administrator

Job description / Role

- Handle a proportion of export move management files for moves originating in Abu Dhabi.
- Attend to all incoming calls in a professional manner. Candidate needs to have good written English & spoken knowledge of the English language.
- Receive clients in the office to collect payment & documentation as required.
- Keep stock of and re-order office supplies as necessary.
- Occasionally arrange for banking of funds & mail collection/dispatch
- Efficient co-ordination of export moves originating in Abu Dhabi. To work well and closely with Dubai team.
- Efficient co-ordination of import moves originating in Abu Dhabi.
- To adhere to quality standards and procedures container in service charter and quality manual.
- To seek at all times ways and means to further enhance the company's image and reputation through improvements of presentation and customer service.

Requirements

- Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience on a similar role with mover/ relocation industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Well - presentable
- Manage in an efficient & courteous manner
- Able to work under a high level of pressure
- Self motivated, hardworking & very attentive to details
- Team-work spirit in a working environment and can work with minimum supervision
- Salary: AED 7,000 + Benefits
