Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Office Administrator for Qatar Operations

Will be mainly responsible for Office Administration for Qatar Office.

Detailed responsibilities include:

- Handle internal processes for employees assignments in Qatar.
- Other Operational matters.
- Manage retrieval and delivery of tenders and tenders' responses between Accenture and Clients,
- Responsible for following up with external authorities for required licenses and certifications.
- Develop relationships with hotels and transportation company to solve issues related to staff accommodation & transportation.
- Assist Marketing in some activities in Qatar when needed.
- Obtain and communicate latest updates on laws and regulations in Qatar that might impact our operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in similar roles.
• University degree.

We are looking for candidates with good knowledge of the country Qatar, with the experience similar to the below.

Must have experience in handling all immigration matters for employees coming to work in Qatar according to internal policies and Qatar regulations.
