Job description / Role
My client is an international security and investigations company looking to hire an Office Assistant to join their team for 6 months, to aid in the completion of an exciting new project based in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be on a family/husband sponsorship currently, with experience in administration and office support.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has recently relocated to the region to gain UAE experience or for someone who is looking for a new and challenging opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management, scheduling and general office administration
- Filing and document control/management
- Responsible for all travel arrangements and bookings for all company members
- Responsible for all correspondence internally and externally
Requirements
Skills required:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Communication and organisation skills
- Prior experience as admin support, PA or office manager
- Currently under sponsorship of Husband/Family
Salary:
11,500 AED per month inclusive of all benefits.
