Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the Gulf region's Automotive industry and encompasses every aspect of the Automotive business; from passenger and commercial vehicles and construction equipment sales and service, to used car sales and rental and leasing.

Al-Futtaim represents some of the world's most popular and desirable automotive brands including; Toyota, Lexus, Hino, Honda, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge.

In this role you will be responsible for:

* Ensure all walk in customers are greeted and offered necessary refreshments
* Ensure the facility / customer lounge / desks/ back office areas etc. are kept clean and monitor continuously
* To portray a professional image in line with AF way behaviours to customers through courteous service in line with Automall standards
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies/stationeries with cost effective control
* Maintaining and ordering supplies for the cafeteria requirements on monthly basis
* Attach invoices for internal service order and file it in sequence for easy retrieval
* Preparing weekly physical inventory report for vehicles in workshop, reception & backyard

Requirements

To be successful in winning this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Basic analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence vital for this role
* Computer literate with a basic understanding of Microsoft applications
* Proactive approach when dealing with customers and active listening skills to understand their requirements

* High school degree
* At least 3 years experience in similar role within a reputable automotive dealership or preferably from automotive workshop
