Employment: Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for a Semi Government client in Abu Dhabi for an Office - Coordinator
15-20,000 AED plus benefits

Duties:
- Supporting HR and contracts department with all administrative duties
- Following up on status of applications
- Collating information for HR
- Preparing documents
- Providing support and administration
- Preparing reports using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Answering queries via telephone & emails
- Working as part of a team in a busy office environment
- Arabic & English translation

Requirements

- UAE National only
- Female
- Must have own transport
- Fully IT literate
- Sunday to Thursday office hours
- Arabic - English communication
- Team player
- Bachelor's degree
- Friendly, smart and committed
