Job description / Role
Our client, a healthcare company, is searching for an Office Coordinator. To be considered for this position, 2-3 years of experience in an administrative position is required.
- Answer and redirect all phone calls
- Occasional calendar management
- Schedule rooms for conferences
- Sign for all packages and orders made to the office
- Sort and distribute all mail to employees
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years in an Administrative position
- Must be articulate and exhibit great communication skills
- Ability to keep calm in tough situations, including angry customers
- Must always be friendly and excited to speak with others
- Ability to be confident yet friendly while answering phones
