Job description / Role
Miller Hay are currently partnered with our client and International Investment Bank, they are looking to recruit an Office/Facilities Manager to join their growing team. This is a dynamic and interesting role based in DIFC. Must to be able to multi-task and prioritise the management of a busy office. Salary 15,000 - 18,000 AED.
Facilities Management - ensuring the office is maintained to high standard
Office Management - managing meeting rooms, vendor/supplier management, expense processing, travel arrangements, PRO activities etc
Client Services - meet/greet clients visiting the office, be the first point of contact and greet people in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements
- UAE experience (desirable)
- Arabic speaking (advantage)
- 5 years experience in a similar role - financial services background
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to cope under pressure
