The Forensic & Litigation Consulting Constructions Solutions practice is seeking an experienced individual to assist with the management of its Dubai office. You must be highly organised, motivated and be able to juggle and prioritise the demands. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint skills, Excel and Outlook. You should have forward planning skills with a proactive, flexible and positive approach. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a full, varied and sometimes deadline driven day, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team and a can do attitude.

You will be a pivotal part of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, sending couriers, ordering stationery, taxi bookings, facilities, binding, cheque collection and deposit at bank etc.
- Organisation of business travel, both national and international along with accommodation
- Assisting with organisation of marketing events
- Preparing and production of expenses and invoicing
- Presentation production and formatting (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls
- Maintaining internal systems for timesheets, expenses and CRM
- Weekly timesheet submission and expense submission
- Submission of invoices on FTI invoicing system
- Maintenance of contacts on Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management system)

Requirements

- Very Necessary: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Very Necessary: Excellent communications skills and telephone manner
- Previous office experience in an admin support role
- A strong team player
- The ability to prioritise own work and meet deadlines
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- A good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively
- The successful candidate should be presentable, friendly, organised and approachable
