Job description / Role
My client currently requires an Arabic speaking Office Manager, this role will entail the following:
- First point of contact for clientele
- Reception cover
- Dealing with inbound calls and emails
- General office management and co-ordination of 3 PA's
- Dealing with contractors and leasing documentation
- Negotiating supplier contracts
- General administrative support
- May involve some event coordination
Requirements
- Must be both Arabic and English speaking (fluently)
- Well presented
- Previous office management and/or EA support experience
- Highly organised
- Able to manage a heavy workload and work within strict timelines.
- A team player
