Employment: Full Time

On behalf of an International Bank, Swisslinx Executive Search is looking for an Officer Manager / Executive Assistant to cover a maternity leave in their office in Doha, Qatar.

Please note that this is a fixed term contract of 7 months.

In this role, you will be providing administrative support to the office, including calendar management, flight and hotel bookings, purchasing and reinbursements, as well as general reception duties.

Requirements

The right candidate will have the following experience:
- Strong administration background
- Reception or office management experience
- Fluent in English
- Able to multi-task
- Based in Doha

Due to the limited fixed-term nature of the role, candidates that are on their husband's visa will have priority.
