Job description / Role
One of our client is looking for Office manager reporting to CEO;
- Oversee the provision of administrative and secretarial support to the CEO. Manage & creation of an effective filing system.
- Prepare & compose of various documents (letters, memos, correspondence, agendas, notes and minutes) as requested by CEO.
- Manage the CEO calendar and arrange programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible. Coordinate -Board of Directors meetings, record and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Oversee the coordination of travel arrangements and scheduling appointments for the CEO. Compile documents for travel-related meetings and handle petty cash payments.
- Coordinate reception of high level guests and visiting delegations and meet the public in a manner way that creates goodwill.
Requirements
- Candidate should have minimum 3 plus years of experience
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Prefer candidate who is reporting to Chairman, CEO Director
- Any Nationality
-Should be able to work under pressure.
- Should be post graduate / graduate
