Job description / Role
Our client is a large European Utilities provider who are looking to an Office Manager to set up their Dubai office. This role will also include PA duties.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Dubai as an Office Manager with exposure to PA duties
- Preferably with experience in office set ups - exposure to DMCC would be a plus
- High level English
- Arabic speaker is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial - using initiative, getting tasks completed
- Well-connected and aware of corporate regulations and particularities in UAE - knowledge of bureaucracy
- Culturally aware, some negotiation skills, independent and flexible
- Sourcing office material and services (i.e.: stationary, H&S equipment, cleaning services, shuttles, utilities, telecom, etc) and related payments/invoice handling.
- Aiding with organizing logistics for employees and visitors
- HSSE of the office & employees
- General administration support
- Travel & Expense management
