Our client, one of the leading lights in the private equity world in the Gulf, is looking to appoint a new Office Manager to look after their HQ operations in Abu Dhabi. Core functions to the role include managing all the PA's and reception, overall office admin, co-ordinating travel, diaries, vendors, third parties, facilities and everything that goes with managing an office. In order to be considered, you should be in a similar position at the moment with a very reputable investment and/or private equity company. You should be degree certified, and with a good track record of administrative support to senior and 'C' level managers. Arabic speakers will be looked upon favorably. Applications from outside of finance will be considered, but your current organisation should be a blue chip company.
