Job description / Role
My client is a large financial services organisation looking for an Office Manager to join their multinational organisation. The role is based in Riyadh and is part of the nationalisation programme.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Travel & Hotel Booking with Travel Desk for (CEO and Senior Bankers)
- Clients Visit scheduling
- Supports the Investment Companys senior bankers team to best optimise their marketing effort
- Arranging Road Show (Bahrain & London branch) in coordination with the Regional Platform
- Itinerary preparation and meetings for visits
- Conference/Event invitation and client flight/hotel in coordination with the Communication Team
- Courier and internal mail processing.
- Internal team events / Seminar & Client Conference
- Team Credit Card bill checking and getting signed by CEO/Business Line Managers
- Expense claims handling and timely collection of receipt from Team
- Client first coordination for all visit Call reports & Follow Up
- Back up for graduates Presentation/ Business plan / Templates
- Weekly Call Minutes generation
- Time management for CEO
- Training coordination with HR and Branch
- Visa handling - and related invitations / logistics (Head of Distribution ME & South Africa and FI team)
- Leave form accuracy checking
- Candidate interview arrangements, including their logistics
Requirements
MAIN SKILLS NEEDED
- Sound knowledge of English and Arabic
- Knowledge of travel and ability to build up connections with Client PAs
- Ability to communicate with Ministries/ Clients for visa invitation letters

- Accuracy
