Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client a leading local group; is seeking an Office Manager, to support the Regional office.
Daily responsibilities will include:

• Relationship Management
• Filing and management of corporate contracts and various documentation
• Basic accounting and HR assistance
• The support of a PA service to the Senior Management, including diary management and appointments, and travel arrangements when required
• Events support when required
• Management of office support staff

Requirements

Knowledge / Experience Skills:
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic language
• Strong local knowledge of local processes
• Mature and sensible attitude
• Strong administration skills and customer service/stakeholder relationship skills
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
