Due to continued success in the Qatar we are now seeking to add an Office Manager to join an established professional team, committed to technical integrity, innovation and development of its people.

As part of our restructuring of our business we require an Office Manager who will be responsible for the efficient running of the office.

The Office Manager will also provide direct support to the Country Director, managing his calander.

The Office Manager will organise the office layout, maintaining supplies of stationery, maintaining the condition of the office (clean, orderly and safe) and arranging for necessary repairs;

The Office Manager will review and develop and implement the office administrative systems, such as record management and ensure the administration team comply with corporate business management systems.

Core Responsibilities:
- To support the head office management team in day to day duties throughout the project lifecycle from inception to completion. Overseeing the recruitment of new administration staff, including training, induction and orientation of all new starters;
- Management of all electronic
- Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload, often by using temping agencies;
- Provide support to the bid management team
- Management of the production of the bid document
- Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff;
- Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output; promoting staff development and training
- Arranging travel, meetings and appointments for senior managers

Requirements

- Western Educated
- Experience of web based collaboration tools would be an advantage however training will be provided
- A competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel software
- An aptitude for using computer based system and techniques
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work closely with team members located in different offices
- Self motivated, willing to learn and flexible
- Have excellent interpersonal and presentational skill

Desirable Experience:
- Experience of working within multicultural teams
- Experienced of working in the Middle East
